Utility Reimbursement Payment Changes Effective January 1, 2027

Beginning January 1, 2027, utility reimbursement payments will be sent directly to your utility company instead of to you.

Please contact the office to obtain the utility reimbursement distribution form and submit copies of your utility bills by October 31, 2026.

Bills must include:

• Service address
• Full account number
• Utility payment mailing address

Payments may be applied to electric, gas, oil, water, sewer, or trash.

If we do not receive your utility information by October 31, 2026, your reimbursement check will be held at our office.
