Due to a change in banking rules, we are no longer able to release tenant rental payments before the first business day of the month. Unfortunately, this means that, beginning in August 2026, HAP payments will be delayed by one day. Instead of receiving payment on the first business day of the month, you will now receive it on the second business day of the month.

Please plan accordingly for this change.
